Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
